The Waking Cadent is a being who was found in the remnants of Privign station, after it was brought to the Quire System during the Miracle. Found by ⸢Blooming⸣ and her crew, she set about gathering people to her, to form the "Court of the Waking Cadent". She is a stratus.[1]

She is Kamala Cadence, the first Cadent, the one who created the Resonant Orbit and led to the formation of the Divine Fleet. It is unknown if she is the same being, or if she was recreated by Quire; there is some ambiguity in this, as Kamala left the fleet in a pod at some point, and The Waking Cadent was found in a pod in Privign Station. |
